Smart Load Device

The “Smart Load Device” is designed only for use with Britax LED L11, L12, L13,L14 & L25 (Light Emitting Diode type) Rear Direction Indicator Lamps on vehicles using a conventional flasher unit. Correct operation cannot be guaranteed if used in any other application or on a vehicle with an advanced lighting system controller.

The device should be fastened using M6 fasteners to a flat metallic surface with adequate air circulation away from any heat sensitive components.

Although it is sealed it should not be mounted in a position exposed to road debris or spray as this may clog the cooling fins and cause over heating but may be installed at any convenient position between the flasher unit and the lamp.
