We endeavour to make using our online ordering system as easy as possible, but sometimes you may find that you need a little help to find your way through the site. Below you will find a list of questions that you may find helpful, or if you can't find what you are looking for then you can always use the contact forms.

I have just registered but can't login?

It can take upto 48 hrs to activate your account. We may perform checks to make sure you are who you say you are for safety and legal reasons.

I want to change my password!

Just go to the 'My Account' section of the site and click the change password tab.

How do I find my IP address?

To aid security on the site, we request that all users provide a valid ip address upon sign up. When you have registered, you will recieve a telephone call where a UC representative will guide you through the process of validating your ip address.

What account number do I use?

You can find your account number on your latest invoice, or you can contact your local regional sales manager who will be happy to provide it for you.

I can't order?

To help ease people into using the website we are releasing the site slowly to help cope with demand. Contact your local RSM for more information.
